Brian Bruce

Brian D. Bruce, 39 WATERTOWN, SD formerly of Fargo, ND passed away November 13, 2006. Brian was born March 27, 1967 to Jerome and Margaret (Conlon) Bruce in Grand Forks, ND. Brian was raised in Alamo, ND until 1976 when the family moved to Grafton, ND. Brian graduated from Grafton Sr. High School in 1986. He joined the North Dakota National Guard. He was honored to serve in Operation Desert Storm with the 131st QM Det. Water Purification. Brian enjoyed jobs as cook, care giver and truck driver. Brian worked most recently at Twin Cities Die Casting, Watertown, SD. Brian was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents, maternal grandfather and mother. Brian is survived by: his father, Jerome, West Branch, Michigan; Brother John Pennsvylle, NJ; Paul Bruce, Bismarck, ND; Sister, Marjery Baetsch, West Fargo, ND; Grandmother, Josephine Conlon, Grafton, ND; cherished friend Nicole Torgerson; aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service is planned for Brian at St. John the Evangelist Catholic church Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at 2:00pm. All are welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers/gifts, the family asks that donations be made to local charities. A memorial fund was established for Brian at Wells Fargo Bank.
