Funeral Service for Daniel Alfred Bugs Hunt, 45, of San Antonio, Texas will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Ranney Funeral Home in Wheaton, Minnesota with Rev. Gordon Bock officiating. Pallbearers will be Daniels Brothers James Hunt, Timothy Hunt, Thomas Hunt, Dean Hunt, Duane Hunt & Michael Barth. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kyle Hunt, Nicole Hunt, Taylor Hunt, Jessica Hunt, Debra Murray and All of Daniels nieces & nephews . Interment will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Wheaton. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral on Wednesday (10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.) at the Ranney Funeral Home. Daniel Alfred Hunt was born on January 19, 1964 in Wheaton, Minnesota to LeMoyne and Louise (George) Hunt. Daniel received the nickname Bugs from his mother who affectionately said he was cute as a bugs ear , a nickname that stuck with him his entire life. Daniel and his family moved from Wheaton to Scandia, Minnesota and then onto White Bear Lake, Minnesota where Daniel attended and graduated from White Bear Lake High School. While in school Daniel met his future wife Colleen Welp. Daniel furthered his education attending the Brown Institute in Minneapolis. After college Daniel and Colleen moved to San Antonio, Texas where they raised their four children: Kyle, Nicole, Taylor and Jessica. Daniel worked for the USAA Insurance Company as a computer analyst. Daniel resided in San Antonio, Texas until his death. Daniel is survived by his wife: Colleen Hunt of San Antonio, Texas, four children: Kyle Hunt, Nicole Hunt, Taylor Hunt and Jessica Hunt all of San Antonio, Texas, Parents, Louise (Danny) Barth of Liberty, Missouri, Siblings: James (Donna) Hunt of Palmer, Alaska, Timothy (Betty) Hunt of Hugo, Minnesota, Thomas (Marlene) Hunt of Milbank, South Dakota, Dean (Darla) Hunt of Platte, South Dakota, Duane (Kalissa) Hunt of Platte, South Dakota, Debra (John) Murray of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Michael (Kathleen) Barth of Aurora, Illinois, Maternal Grandmother: Angeline George of Morris, Minnesota, Paternal Grandfather: Alfred Hunt of Wheaton, Minnesota, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews & Cousins. Daniel was preceded in death by his father: Le Moyne Hunt.
