David Bernard Abraham

David Abraham, age 81, of Wheaton, Minnesota passed peacefully in his sleep Thursday, August 6, 2026, at his residence in Wheaton.

David Abraham was born on March 1, 1945 in Wheaton, Minnesota to Edward and Mary (McElwain) Abraham. He was baptized on March 25, 1945 and confirmed on July 21, 1957 at Ave Maria Catholic Church in Wheaton. He was raised in Wheaton and then moved to Buffalo, MN living on Lake Charlotte for many years. When he retired from his job as plant manager at R & M Manufacturing for 20+ years, he moved back to his hometown of Wheaton.

David loved motorcycles and cars, he was actively a part of various motor clubs like the corvette club and mustang club, where he met many new friends and enjoyed trips with Rose frequently. In his earlier years he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidsons on many adventures with Rose and his son Troy.

David is survived by his significant other of 40 years, Rose Plocher of Wheaton, MN; son Troy Abraham (Melissa) of Bonaire, Georgia; daughter Kelli Hill (Steve) of Burnsville MN; grandchildren: Grant Abraham, Macey Abraham, Sam Hill, and Amanda Hill.

David is preceded in death by his Parents Edward & Mary, sisters: Margaret Sax, Doris Johnson, Marie Olson and brothers: James Abraham and Vince Abraham.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wheaton, Minnesota with Rev. Cheryl Berg officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
