Gary Noel McIntyre
Gary Noel McIntyre passed away on Monday, May 1, 2024 at his home in Wheaton with his husband Dennis Hanson by his side.
He was born in Elmo, Missouri on June 19, 1947 to Bobby and Marie McIntyre. He graduated from Northwest Missouri State University, with Bachelor of Science in Business and Education and studied Education Administration-masters at UMKC.
He is survived by his husband Dennis Hanson of Wheaton; his puppies Frankie James and Caramel Marie and Butterscotch Noel; his daughter Amy of Phoenix, Arizona; his sister Carol of O’Fallon, Missouri; niece Lynn of O’Fallon, Missouri and two nephews: Scott (Cheri) of Lake St. Louis, Missouri and Aaron (Heather) of Troy, Illinois; two aunts: Betty Olson of Elmo, Missouri and Bonnie Gipe of Grant City, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bobby and Marie McIntyre and grandparents Will and Mae McIntyre and Ollie Davis.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 25 from noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Wheaton Community Library with Pastor Joe Larson officiating.
