Funeral Service for JoAnn Elise Coffman, 48, of Wheaton, Minnesota will be held Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 10:30 A.M. at the Ave Maria Catholic Church in Wheaton, Minnesota with Fr. Joe Vandeberg officiating. Pallbearers will be Tom Coffman, John Coffman, Chuck Eggert, Mike Watson, Lonnie Bertsch & Ryan Schoening. Honorary Pallbearers will be All those who called Jo friend . Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery, White Rock, South Dakota. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 6th from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with a 7:00 P.M. Prayer Service at the Ave Maria Catholic Church in Wheaton. JoAnn was born on May 6, 1959 in Rolla, North Dakota to Arnold and Elaine (Lawrence) Lange. JoAnn graduated from Rolla High School in 1977. She attended North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton, North Dakota for two years. On August 29, 1987 she was united in marriage to James Coffman in Rolla, North Dakota. They made their home in Wahpeton and then rural Wheaton. JoAnn enjoyed playing cards and other games, baking, cross-stitching, visiting with friends and relatives, being outdoors, camping, and attending her childrens sporting events. She was also active in Traverse County 4-H, Cub Scouts and Boys Scouts, Molly Bees Homemakers, and Religious education. She enjoyed being a mother to all of the baby animals on the farm. But most of all, she enjoyed being a mother to her six beautiful children that James and JoAnn were blessed with. JoAnn passed away on November 4, 2007 at her home, after a long battle with cancer. JoAnn is survived by her husband: James of Wheaton, Children: Matthew, Heidi, Curtis, Kevin, Justin and Blake all of Wheaton, Her mother: Elaine Lange of Rolla, North Dakota, one brother: Steven (Diana) Lange of Rolla, North Dakota, two sisters: Kathleen (Mike) Watson of Duncan, Oklahoma, and Jean (Lonnie) Bertsch of Bismarck, North Dakota, Grandmother: Marie Lawrence of Rolla, North Dakota along with many nieces and nephews. JoAnn was preceded in death by her father: Arnold.
