Funeral Mass for Lenore G. Muellenbach, age 89, of Wheaton, Minnesota will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Ave Maria Catholic Church in Wheaton with Fr. Joe Vandeberg and Fr. Stanley Wieser Celebrants. Organist will be Cindy Sanasack with special music provided by Marcy LeClair and James Rinke. Pallbearers will be Chad LeClair, James Rinke, Brian Muellenbach, Corey Muellenbach, Gavin Rinke and Monty Itzen. Honorary Pallbearers will be Genny Goodnough, Pearl Terhaar, Evie Davison, Betty Lundquist and Harriet Schmitz. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service at the Ranney-Bainbridge Funeral Home in Wheaton. Visitation will continue Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Interment will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Wheaton. Lenore Gertrude Frisch was born on October 25, 1924 in Graceville, Minnesota to Michael and Pauline (Schmitz) Frisch. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Dumont, Minnesota. She grew up in Dumont, attending grades 1-8 at the Dumont Catholic School and graduating from Wheaton High School in 1942. She married Peter Nicholas Muellenbach on May 15, 1946 in Dumont, Minnesota. They resided in Wheaton, enjoyed 67 years of marriage together and were blessed with 4 children: Patricia, Michael, James and Marcia. Throughout the years, she worked in the Dumont Grocery Store, the Traverse County Recorder's Office in Wheaton and The Flower Shoppe in Wheaton. Lenore was a member of a Decade Birthday Club for 50 years, as well as a member of the Ave Maria Ladies Guild. She enjoyed baking birthday cakes (that generally told a funny story), decorating for special events, making ceramics, playing the piano, cooking awesome Sunday dinners, spending time with her family and babysitting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. This wonderful lady will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Lenore passed away Sunday morning, December 8, 2013 at Sanford Hospital in Wheaton. Lenore is survived by her husband Peter Muellenbach of Wheaton; her children: Patricia Canlas of Wheaton; Michael Muellenbach of Becker, Minnesota; James (Cheryl) Muellenbach of Sartell, Minnesota and Marcia (Jon) Mathias of Wheaton; two sisters: Loretta Rausch of Rosholt, South Dakota and Genrose Wieser of Graceville, Minnesota; Grandchildren: Marcy (Chad) LeClair, Tracie (James) Rinke, Brian Muellenbach, Emily Muellenbach (fiancée James Pinson), Corey Muellenbach, Casey Muellenbach, Megan Whaley and Michelle Whaley; Great-Grandchildren: Austin, Gavin, Lesley & London Rinke, and Halle Whaley. Lenore was preceded in death by her parents Pauline and Michael Frisch, and her brother, Jerry Frisch.
