Lois Hasbargen

Lois L. Hasbargen, age 95, of Wheaton, Minnesota passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Arbor Park Living Center in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Monson Township, rural Wheaton, Minnesota with Rev. Michael Breach officiating.

Interment will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in the spring. Pallbearers will be Jason Beyerink, Melissa Jannette, Joshua Jorschumb, David Berneking and Warren Hasbargen.

Visitation will be held Saturday morning one hour prior to service time at the church.

Lois Beyer was born in Wheaton, MN to Martha and Henry Beyer on July 26, 1924. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed fishing and went every chance she got. She also enjoyed gardening and being outside. Lois was a big fan of the Minnesota Twins. One time, when told that she was such a happy lady, she responded, “What should I have to be unhappy about?”

Lois is survived by three children: Sheila (Jim) Langhans of Mound, MN; Brad (Sheila) Hasbargen of Wheaton, MN; and Jackie (Tom) Loeffert of Moorhead, MN; two sisters: Corrine (Stan) Aldrich of Austin, MN; and Inez Kopp of Fort Dodge, IA; one brother Virgil (Ila) Beyer of Minneapolis, MN; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband; her granddaughter Kayla Langhans; two sisters: Helen Soderstrom and Evelyn Oltman; and two brothers: Oscar Beyer and Arling Beyer.
