Margaret Anderson

Funeral Service for Margaret Anderson, 93, of Wheaton, Minnesota will be held Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wheaton, Minnesota with Pastor Tom Olson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church. Interment will be in Wildwood Cemetery. Margaret was born April 7, 1917 at Maple Bay, MN to Andrew and Mary Bakken. She was the youngest of 13 children. She married Russell Anderson on December 21, 1941. They resided in Wheaton all of their married life. Margaret passed away Sunday morning, March 13, 2011 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. Margaret is survived by two children: Dennis (Mary Jo) Anderson of Hillsboro, ND, and Gary (Judy) Anderson of Andover, MN, four grandchildren: Jenna (Bryan) Kocon of Atlanta, GA, Joel (Robin) Hagen of Moorhead, MN, Kimberly (Jason) Hovland of Alexandria, MN, and Kristin Hagen of Fargo, ND, six great-grandchildren: Tyler and Kayla Kocon; Drew, Colton and Tori Hagen; Bailee Hovland, and one step grandchild: Kasey Fingarson of Grand Forks, ND. Margaret was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia and her husband Thomas Hagen, her husband, parents, and all of her siblings.
