Richard Weber

Richard John Weber, age 86, of Wheaton, Minnesota passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Ave Maria Catholic Church in Wheaton with Fr. John Paul Knopik and Fr. Stanley Wieser Celebrants. Organist will be Cindy Sanasack with special music provided by the Ave Maria Catholic Church Choir.

Interment will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Wheaton. Pallbearers will be Glen Koch, Gary Kleindl, Brenden Weber, Brad Johanson, Mike Murken and Steve Kemp. Honorary pallbearers will be Deonna and Breanna Weber.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 9th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. Prayer Service at the Bainbridge Funeral Home in Wheaton. Visitation will continue Tuesday morning one hour prior to service time at the church.

Richard was born on May 24, 1931 to Louis and Lillian Weber in Wheaton. He attended country school in Clifton Township through the eighth grade. After school Richard helped on the family farm. Richard was united in marriage to Donna Schmitz in Dumont, Minnesota on September 9, 1961. Together they had four children: Connie, Brian, David and Dan.

Richard also worked at Schmidt Implement in Wheaton and Hoffman Implement in Graceville, while also farming the family farm, until retirement. He then helped out Larson's Implement (yes that's John Deere) as well as the Glen Koch Farm.

Richard is survived by his daughter: Connie (Eric) Johnson of Moorhead, MN; sons: Brian (Lanette) Weber of Horace, ND; David Weber of Aberdeen, SD; and Dan (Jeanette) Weber of Alexandria, MN; grandchildren: Brenden, Deonna and Breanna Weber; and numerous grandpets.

Richard was preceded in death by his wife Donna Weber; parents Louis and Lillian Weber; and his sister Lois Walz.
