Bainbridge Funeral Home announces the death of Earl Ellis Rahn, age 84, of Graceville, MN.
Earl was born March 22, 1936 in Ponca, Nebraska to Edward and Anna (Weller) Rahn. He served in the Army and was stationed in Korea. Earl drove truck and worked at Conroy, Blatner & Riley Construction Company. After he retired, he went custom combining with the Wulff Harvesting crew. His hobbies included hunting, woodworking, fishing, driving his big red truck and scouting around town in his Ranger. Earl passed away peacefully after a courageous battle of cancer on December 2, 2020.
Earl is preceded in death by his parents; his siblings: Guy (Alean), Tim ((Alice), Eda (George), Forest, Helen (Bill), Donald (JoAnn) and Gwendlyn (Robert); special friend Joyce (Wohlers) Kleindl; and step-son Marvin Kleindl.
Earl is survived by sister-in-law Alice Rahn; several nieces and nephews; step-children: Douglas (Brenda) Kleindl; Veronica (Jeff) Genzler; and Jennifer (Curtis) Cardwell; fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
A military grave side service will be held in the spring at Ponca Public Cemetery in Ponca, Nebraska.
